Workist Smart Inbox für Sammelpostfächer - Admin Guide
The Workist Shared Smart Inbox lets employees connect shared Microsoft Outlook mailboxes and automatically classifies incoming emails, including Orders, Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Invoices and Order Confirmations (OC) helping teams work more efficiently.
To provide this functionality, the application requires a small set of Microsoft Graph permissions.
Below, we explain what each permission allows and why it is needed.
Smart Inbox requires the following Microsoft Graph permissions to read and classify emails while ensuring all processing remains limited to the mailboxes explicitly connected.
Permission: Mail.ReadWrite
This is the primary permission Smart Inbox relies on. It enables Workist to process emails in the shared mailboxes Inbox.
Why we need it:
Permission: MailboxSettings.ReadWrite
This permission allows Workist to read mailbox-level configuration and metadata that is required to correctly identify and validate connected mailboxes.
